Founded in 2014 out of a passion for helping great people land amazing opportunities, Fit Resume Services provides a truly personalized and interactive job assistance experience. Services include resume writing, editing, and customization, LinkedIn profile editing, job search strategy assistance, interview coaching, and salary negotiation.
In the 7 years since launching, I have personally helped close to a thousand job seekers and career switchers identify and land the roles that fit both their passions and skill sets. Clients have included recent college grads looking to land their first job out of school, mid-level engineers and managers looking for increased responsibilities, retired executives seeking new opportunities, former teachers seeking to break into industry, and stay-at-home parents nervously excited to rejoin the corporate world . Where the Passion Begins
MEET KRISTEN
I built a 15-year career as a recruiter/recruiting manager helping some of the top contractors in the DMV area identify talented individuals to fill key roles. Additionally, I partnered with IT to research and implement applicant tracking systems (ATSs), enabling a unique ability to understand both the human and technical screening requirements involved in a resume. During this time, I screened and edited tens of thousands of resumes in preparation for government proposals. After completing one last major corporate project, I decided it was the ideal time to take the skills I had gathered to focus on what I truly loves: helping great people find their perfect professional fit.
