Where the Passion Begins
Kristen built a 15-year career as a recruiter helping some of the top contractors in the DMV area find talented individuals to fill key roles. She saw tens of thousands of resumes come across her desk, and spent thousands of hours preparing resumes for government proposals. After completing one last major corporate project, Kristen decided it was the ideal time to take the skills she had gathered to focus on what she truly loves: helping great people find their perfect professional fit.
Kristen’s other passion in life is to help raise awareness of and put an end to childhood cancer. Each September, Fit Resume Services donates 10% of all bookings to Ellie’s Hats as part of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
